Our policy is to reply to all emails sent to us within 12 hours. We usually respond to emails within a couple of hours if we receive the email during our regular business hours.

Style & Fit

What size am I?

A size table has been prepared for each product, so as soon as you make sure that the size is yours, you can choose any elements from all collections! Size Chart, this way.

Will you be offering more sizes?

Yes. As we continue to grow, expanding our size range is top of mind. For updates on new sizes, sign up for our emails. Email sign-up this way.

What if my size or color is sold out?

We replenish our men’s and women’s scrubs as quickly as possible and aim to always have them in stock all year-round. Our limited edition scrubs are ordered in limited quantities and typically stay on the site for couple of weeks.

Do you offer bespoke tailoring?

We currently only offer for free lengthening or shortening of the pants to allow you to decide the optimal pant length for your style. All you need to do is to indicate what length of pants you prefer (in the order note on checkout page), measuring them from the crotch to the bottom of the pants, and we will take care of the rest. The important point is that the service is not offered after shipment of the items and modified pants are not covered by the return and exchange policy.

Washing Instructions

What is the optimal washing temperature?

We recommend washing our scrubs at 40°C, but they can also be washed at temperatures up to 60°C. Note however, that when washing at such temperature the colors may lose their intensity faster, and the scrubs may require ironing.

Shipping & Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We process our payments via reputable payment processors. We accept a range of credit/debit cards, BLIK and Google Pay, deferred payments and quick bank transfers. If you have any problems with the order please email us.

Where do I enter a promotion/discount code?

You will have the opportunity to add a promotional code at the shopping cart stage, which is one step before heading to the checkout page.
If you’re having difficulty applying the code, it’s best to double check that the terms of the promotional code you’re trying to use work with the items you have in your cart. If your code is still not working, get in touch here.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

Only one promotional code will be allowed per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend you use the one that will give you the best deal.

How do I check my Orders?

Select ‘My Account’ (once you’ve signed in), then in your account page select ‘My Orders’ from the options. This is where a full history view of your orders can be viewed, and further actions taken, if you wanted to cancel, change or request a return or exchange.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE orders above EUR 150. All PL orders under EUR 150 we’ll ship at a PLN 15 flat rate. All EU orders (other than PL) under EUR 150 we’ll ship at a EUR 15 flat rate.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard continental PL shipping will arrive in 1-2 business days to most locations. Shipping to other EU countries will take longer. Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all EU countries.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipment. This confirmation email will also provide you the package tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 60 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, no makeup, deodorant, or other stains.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

From the time you send back your return, a refund will take 1-5 business days. Some banks will take up to an additional time to apply the refund to your account.


Can I get an scrub embroidered?

We currently do not embroider inscriptions but soon we will be able to embroider the inscription on each order.

Birthday Reward

When do I receive my 15% Birthday Coupon?

You’ll receive your 10% birthday discount coupon on the first of your birthday month. So if your birthday falls on any day in January, you will receive your 15%  birthday discount coupon on January 1st.

How can I use my 15% Birthday Coupon?

You’ll receive a birthday email that includes a 15% discount coupon code that you can use when you shop new scrubs. Just copy your coupon code and apply at checkout. Your birthday coupon cannot be combined with additional promotions or discounts. Your 15% birthday discount coupon code will expire after 30 days.

I forgot to include my birthday when I signed up. How can I add my birthday to receive my 15% birthday discount coupon?
