Style and Fit

What size am I?

A size table has been prepared for each product, so as soon as you have identified your correct size, you can choose any garments from all of the collections! Size Chart, this way.

Will you be offering more sizes?

Yes. As we continue to grow, we will expand our range. For updates on new sizes, sign up to our newsletter.


What if my size or color is sold out?

We replenish our men and women’s scrubs as quickly as possible and aim to have them in stock all year round. Our limited-edition scrubs are ordered in small quantities and typically, stay on the site for a couple of weeks.


Do you offer bespoke tailoring?

Yes, we offer bespoke sewing. All you need to do is provide your body measurements according to the points given in the size chart in the order note and we will take care of the rest. Please note that this service is not offered once the products have been dispatched, it can take up to 14 days for your order to be processed and your modified order is not covered by our returns and exchanges policy. This service is not offered in relation to the products purchased with discount on a promotion.

Washing Instructions of medical uniforms

What is the optimal washing temperature of your medical uniforms?

We recommend washing our scrubs at 40°C, but they can also be washed at temperatures up to 60°C. Note, however, that when washing at such a temperature,  colors may lose their intensity faster and the scrubs may require ironing.

Shipping and Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We process our payments via reputable payment processors. We accept a range of credit/debit cards, PayPal, BLIK and Google Pay, deferred payments and quick bank transfers. If you have any problems with an order please email us.

Where do I enter a promotional/discount code?

You will have the opportunity to add a promotional code at the shopping cart stage, which is one step before heading to the checkout page.

If you are having difficulty applying the code, double-check that the terms of the promotion are eligible for the items in your cart. If your code still does not work, get in touch with us.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

Only one promotional code can be used per order. If you have multiple codes, we recommend you use the one that will give you the best deal.

How do I check my Orders?

Sign, in, Select ‘My Account’, then on your account page, select ‘My Orders’ from the options. This is where you can view your order and purchase history.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE on orders above EUR 150. On orders under EUR 150, we ship to Poland at a flat rate of PLN 15. Orders to all other EU countries are shipped at the flat rate of EUR 15.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping to Poland will arrive in 1-10 business days to most locations. Shipping to other EU countries will take longer. Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all EU countries.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment. This confirmation e-mail will also provide you with the package tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 100 days of your delivery date provided that the products were purchased without discount and out of promotion. In case the purchase was made with discount on a promotion, the returns are possible only within 14 days of your delivery date and we do not accept any exchanges. The items should be sent to the following address: ul. Puławska 34, Building 31, Level 1, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland. Please include a note containing the order number and the word “return”. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, with no marks from makeup, deodorant, or other stains.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

From the time you send back your return, a refund will take up to 14 business days. Some banks will take additional time to credit the refund to your account.


Can I get an scrub embroidered?

We currently don’t offer embroider inscriptions. Soon we will be able to embroider the inscription on each order.

Birthday Reward

When do I receive my 15% Birthday Coupon?

You will receive your 15% birthday discount coupon on the first day of your birthday month. So for example, if your birthday falls on any day in January, you will receive your 15% birthday discount coupon on January 1st.

How can I use my 15% birthday discount coupon?

You will receive a birthday e-mail with a 15% discount coupon code that you can use when you buy new scrubs. Just copy your coupon code and apply it at the checkout. Your birthday coupon cannot be combined with additional promotions or discounts. Your 15% birthday discount coupon code will expire after 30 days.

I forgot to include my birthday when I signed up. How can I add my birthday to receive my 15 % birthday discount coupon?
