Shipping and Returns

Product Delivery

Deliveries are carried out via courier companies in Poland and selected European Union countries to the address indicated in the order form.

If when placing the order it is not clear that the deliveries are free, you are obliged to cover the following delivery costs:
– on Poland – in the amount of EUR 4,
– to regions of other EU countries – in the amount of EUR 15 (or its equivalent in other currencies).

You will be informed via e-mail about the status of the order.

Returns

If you don’t like our products, we don’t deserve your money! You may return the products without giving reasons and without incurring any costs other than the average cost of delivery, by submitting an appropriate statement to the e-mail address: support@medka.eu within 100 days from the date of placing the order, and in the case of scrubs purchased on promotions (other than those resulting from the subscription to the newsletter) within 14 days from the date of placing the order . To return medical apparel:

1. Prepare scrubs with a copy of the invoice and a note indicating which products you are returning and the reason for the return;
2. Pack the scrubs in the original box and put a note and a copy of the invoice inside;
3. Send the package by any carrier to the following address: Medka Marika Bury-Kubacka, ul. Puławska 34, Building 31, Level 1, 05-500 Piaseczno, POLAND, email: support@medka.eu, phone no. 0048 530 107 701.

Please note, that you are liable for a decrease in the value of the product(s) as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product(s). We will make a refund using the same payment method that you used to make the payment.

Exchange
(does not apply to promotional products)

Size does not match? Would you like a different color? Not a problem, exchange is easy! You can replace the scrubs without giving any reasons and without incurring any costs other than the average shipping cost, within 60 days from the date of placing the order. Scrubs can only be exchanged for those currently available in the store. To make an exchange:

1. Prepare the scrubs with a copy of the invoice and a note indicating which and for what products you want replacement (top / pants, their color and size);
2. Pack the scrubs in the original box and put a note and a copy of the invoice inside;
3. Send the package with any carrier to the following address: Medka Marika Bury-Kubacka, ul. Puławska 34, Building 31, Level 1, 05-500 Piaseczno, POLAND, email: support@medka.eu, phone no. 0048 530 107 701.

As soon as we receive the exchanged product(s), we will send the new product(s) as soon as possible. However, if, after receiving your shipment, the product you wish to exchange for is not available at the moment, we reserve the right to refund your purchase.
